Company Overview
Desire Holding consolidates all Desire Fragrances entities into a single, unified structure. While our operations have a global footprint, our primary business is centered in Europe, which led us to establish our Holding in the strategic economic hub of Luxembourg. From there, we oversee and control our entire network of subsidiaries.
We maintain offices and logistics hubs in the world's most strategic markets to ensure agile and efficient operations:
Desire Fragrances Inc., based in the United States, manages the entire American continent, including the domestic US market, Canada, and Latin America. Desire Fragrances B.V. in the Netherlands is responsible for direct-to-retail sales in key global markets. Desire Fragrances S.r.l., our Italian subsidiary, is solely dedicated to the domestic market with a powerful, focused sales force. Italy also serves as our global center for design, marketing, and our distinguished international sales team, which supports all branches within the group. Desire Fragrances Ltd. in the United Kingdom ensures direct-to-retail coverage for the British market post-Brexit.
Our ambitious growth is spearheaded by Desire Fragrances Sagl, which is positioned to drive expansion with a target annual growth rate of 50% to 75% in the coming years.
Our greatest asset is our inherent flexibility—the ability to maintain profitability while managing a complex global reach that spans over 50 countries. This agility allows us to adapt quickly to market changes and seize new opportunities worldwide.
